pom wonderful pomegranate juice

POM Wonderful 100 Percent Pomegranate Juice is a healthy fridge staple and an easy, delicious way to fuel your body with antioxidants. In fact, there are 700 milligrams of polyphenolic antioxidants in every 8 ounces of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice – that’s a lot of antioxidants! wyman's just fruit banana bites

Wyman’s Fruit Banana Bites are made with real frozen fruit, making for a satisfying frozen treat that’s only 40 calories and packed with antioxidants. the breakfast essentials for curls

Sometimes mornings can be hectic (to say the least). And preparing a traditional breakfast is simply not possible. But I know I have to feed my young daughter’s belly before she goes to school, or she will have a hard time concentrating.

Carnation Breakfast Essentials – Kellogg’s Fruit Loops flavor is the perfect on-the-go drink my daughter loves to sip before school, thanks to the classic flavor she already knows. I love that this nutritional drink has no artificial colors or flavors, has 10 grams of protein per serving, and is packed with 21 essential vitamins and minerals.

fresh mushrooms

From stir-fries to burgers to meatless taco night, mushrooms are added to many dishes in my house for multiple reasons. As my family and I try to embrace more plant-based meals in our home, relying on the “meaty” texture of mushrooms helps us stay satisfied while enjoying vegetarian meals. Plus, mushrooms are packed with nutrients like riboflavin, niacin, and copper. Additionally, these vegetables are the primary source of nutritious selenium in the produce aisle, helping to support the body’s immune system.

penne barilla

Pasta is a staple that contains 7 grams of protein per serving as well as B vitamins, iron, and fiber. I love keeping a supply of pasta in my pantry on busy weeknights for a big, super simple meal. I top my pasta with fresh veggies and a lean protein like chicken for a quick, healthy dinner that’s on the table in minutes.

dried tomatoes

Sun-dried tomatoes are delicious and a great source of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that protects against many diseases, including cancer, stroke, and diabetes. Dried tomatoes and cooked tomatoes are particularly high in lycopene and the perfect choice, especially when the tomatoes are out of season. The reason I love this brand so much is that, unlike other brands, Bella Sun Luci packs her California-made Sun Dried Tomatoes in real olive oil, which adds an extra dose of nutrients. Tomatoes are incredibly versatile and besides, I love using olive oil in homemade dressings and pasta dishes!

healthy choice stir-fry

On days when there just isn’t time to cook lunch, having Healthy Choice Simply Steamers on hand comes to the rescue. Made with real vegetables and chicken, these frozen meals help complete a balanced meal without having to spoil pots or pans.

walnut halves and pieces

Nuts are one of my favorite snacks to combine with fresh fruit for healthy fats, vegetable protein, and fiber for some stamina. Consumption of nuts is linked to many health benefits, including literally supporting a longer life expectancy at age 60 when comparing people who ate nuts more than 5 servings / week versus non-consumers. .

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend at least 8 ounces of seafood per week (about 2 servings). Frozen fish, like salmon, are just as rich in important nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids DHA, selenium, and high-quality protein, as their fresh counterparts. And the choice of pre-portioned options before freezing makes preparing a mid-week seafood meal incredibly easy to do – no visit to the fish market is required.
